- Only guests included in the booking are permitted at the villa.
Identification:
- Valid ID proofs are mandatory for all guests during booking and upon arrival.
- Passport and visa details must be provided by foreign nationals before their stay.
Property Damage:
- Guests are responsible for any property damage, and charges will reflect the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Prohibited Activities:
- Strictly prohibited activities include illegal actions, such as prostitution and narcotics use.
- Commercial activities are not allowed on the premises.
Refundable Deposit:
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- The entire deposit is refunded within 5 working days, contingent on maintaining the original guest count and adhering to the check-out time.
